With WhatsApp Integration, you can send and receive messages directly from your CRM, while also receiving delivery status updates and incoming messages.
1. Installation
- Go to the Integrations section in Chatzy AI.
- Locate WhatsApp Integration.
- Click Install Integration.

2. Key Settings
Once installed, the integration dashboard provides the following key settings:
API Endpoint & API Key
- API Endpoint – The URL where your CRM will send requests to deliver messages through Chatzy.
- API Key – A unique key used to authenticate your CRM requests.
- Important: The API Key is shown only once during setup. Store it securely, as it cannot be retrieved later.
Webhook Setup
- Webhook URL – The endpoint in your CRM where Chatzy sends event notifications.
- Events to be Sent – Choose which events to push back to your CRM. Available options include:
- Sent – Message was sent successfully from Chatzy.
- Delivered – Message reached the recipient’s device.
- Read – Message was opened/read by the recipient.
- Failed – Message failed to send or deliver.
- New Message – A new inbound message has been received from the user.
3. How It Works

- Chatzy processes the request and routes the message to WhatsApp.
- Status updates and inbound messages are sent back to your Webhook URL based on the events you selected.
4. Benefits

- Real-time synchronization of WhatsApp messages and delivery statuses.
- Automated updates on customer activity, reducing manual intervention.
