How to Use the Inbound webhook Trigger to connect Chatzy AI with external systems

• Importing leads from platforms like Wix, WordPress, or Zoho CRM

What is an Inbound Webhook?

• A user submits a form on your website
• The form data is sent to Chatzy via a webhook
• Chatzy triggers a journey, such as sending a WhatsApp message or updating CRM records

Step 1: Create a Journey with Inbound Webhook

1. Navigate to Journeys in the left menu
2. Click Create Journey
3. Enter a name (e.g., Webhook Lead Follow-up)
4. Choose Blank Journey to start fresh
5. Add a Trigger → select Inbound Webhook

Step 2: Generate the Webhook URL

1. Click Create Webhook
2. A unique Webhook URL is generated
   • External systems will make a POST request to this URL
   • This request starts the journey automatically

Step 3: Test with Postman or Form Tool
